Herkese merhaba ben Mehmet.Gastronomi ve Mutfak Sanatları öğrencisiyken erasmus hareketliliğine başvurdum.2024 bahar döneminde başvurmuş olduğum erasmusu kazandım.Almanya’da michelin yıldızlı bir restoranda staj yapmak çok heyecan vericiydi.Kendi ülkemizde istediğimiz firmalarda staj yapmak bile çok zorken ben bunu yurtdışında ve gastronomi dünyasında sıralamaya girmiş bir işletmede gerçekleştirdim.Her şey çok güzeldi benim için.Bu süreçte; yeni tatlar, yeni mekanlar, yeni insanlar ,yeni kültürleri ve daha saymadığım bir çok güzel deneyime tanık olma fırsatı buldum.Katılmayı düşünen öğrenci arkadaşlarıma çekinmeden başvurmasını ve bu deneyimi yaşamalarını tavsiye ederim.Bu süreçte bana destek olan herkese çok teşekkür ederim.
Hello everyone, I’m Mehmet. While I was a student of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, I applied for the Erasmus program. I’m excited to share that I was accepted for the Spring 2024 semester. I had the incredible opportunity to do an internship at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Germany. It was truly exciting. Considering how difficult it is to secure an internship in our home country, I had the chance to work abroad at a restaurant ranked in the world of gastronomy. Everything was amazing for me. During this process, I had the chance to experience new flavors, new places, meet new people, explore new cultures, and many other wonderful experiences. I would highly recommend other students who are considering this opportunity to apply without hesitation and experience it for themselves. I’d like to thank everyone who supported me during this journey.
