[TR] Erasmus KA171 Öğrenim Hareketliliği Yerleştirme Sonuçları açıklanmıştır.
Değerlendirmeler, 2023 proje yılı kapsamında Erasmus+ Program ve Ortak Ülkeler arasında (KA171) Yükseköğretim Öğrenci Öğrenim Hareketliliği için Ulusal Ajans tarafından üniversitemize tahsis edilmiş kontenjana göre yapılmıştır.
İngilizce Yeterlilik Sınavı barajı Öğrenim Hareketliliği için 60 puan‘dan düşük alan öğrenciler Erasmus+ KA171 Hareketliliklerinden yararlanamayacaktır.
Asıl ve yedek listeleri, projede yer alan bölümlerden en yüksek puan alan adayların seçilmesiyle oluşturulmuştur.
Asıl olarak hak kazanan öğrenciler Erasmus hibesinden faydalabilecek öğrenciler olup, asgari şartları sağlayan ancak hibeli olarak hak kazanamayan (yedek) öğrencilerimiz talep etmeleri durumunda hibesiz olarak Erasmus hakkından yararlanabilecektir.
Asıl Hibesiz olarak hak kazanan öğrenciler 23 Ekim 2024 saat 17.00’a kadar Erasmus Ofisine, hareketliliklerini hibesiz bir şekilde yapacaklarına dair dilekçe elden vererek ve ofisimize e-mail atarak bildirmeleri gerekmektedir. Aksi halde süreçleri başlatılmayacaktır.
Asıl olarak hak kazanın öğrenciler ile ilerleyen günlerde iletişime geçilecek ve yerleştirmeleri yapılacaktır.
Asıl olarak seçilen ancak feragat etmek isteyen öğrencilerimizin sonuçların ilan edilmesinin ardından 23 Ekim 2024, saat 17.00’ye kadar feragat dilekçesini ofisimize teslim etmeleri/mail atmaları gerekmektedir.
Asıl olarak hak kazanan öğrencilerimizin hakkından feragat etmesi durumunda Erasmus hibe hakkı sırasıyla “yedek” olarak belirlenen adaylara geçecektir.
Feragat için belirlenen tarihlerden sonra mücbir sebep olmadan hareketlilikten vazgeçilmesi durumunda adayın sonraki Erasmus başvurularında toplam puanına -10 puan kesinti uygulanacaktır.
Erasmus+ Giden Öğrenci Oryantasyonu
Giden öğrenci oryantasyon toplantısı 25 Ekim saat 14.00 tarihinde küçük konferans salonunda yapılacaktır. Asıl ve şartlı asıl olarak hak kazanan öğrencilerin katılımı zorunludur. Mücbir sebebi olan öğrencilerin Erasmus Ofisini öncesinde bilgilendirmesi gerekmektedir.

[EN] ERASMUS+ KA171 APPLICATION RESULTS ARE ANNOUNCED!
Selections are made within the framework of the year 2023 project Erasmus+ Programme and partner countries (KA171) Higher Education Student Mobility within the quota allocated to the University by the Turkish National Agency.
Students who score less than 60 points for the Erasmus+ Study Mobility in the English Proficiency Exam are not eligible for the Erasmus KA171 Mobilities.
The nominated and waiting lists were created by accepting the candidates with the highest scores from related departments in the project.
Nominated students are students who will be granted with Erasmus grant, waiting students who meet the minimum requirements but are not eligible for a grant (waiting students) will be able to benefit from Erasmus without a grant upon request.
Nominated students will be contacted by the Erasmus Office and nominated to partner universities accordingly in the following days.
Students accepted as nominated but want to withdraw, should submit/mail the petition of withdrawal to the Erasmus Office until 23 October 2024 at 17.00
In case nominated students waive their rights, the Erasmus grant right will be passed onto the students who are announced as “waiting” respectively.
If the mobility is abandoned without force majeure after the dates determined for the withdrawal, -10 points will be deducted from the candidate’s total score in the next Erasmus applications.
Erasmus+ Outgoing Student Orientation
The Orientation Program will be held on 25th of October 14.00 at Small Conference Hall and participation is obligatory for nominated and conditionally nominated. The student who can not participate in orientation program in case of a force majeure, should inform Erasmus Office accordingly.
