T.C. Dışişleri Bakanlığına bağlı Avrupa Birliği Eğitim ve Gençlik Programları Merkezi
Başkanlığınca (Ulusal Ajans), 2023 proje yılı kapsamında Erasmus+ Program ve Ortak Ülkeler arasında (KA171) Yükseköğretim Öğrenci Öğrenim Hareketliliği için üniversitemize tahsis edilmiş kontenjan dahilinde aşağıda yer alan ilgili kademelere öğrenci başvuruları alınacaktır.
Öğrenciler ön koşullu olarak hak kazanacak olup, öğrencileri kabul etmek kurumların inisiyatifinde olacaktır.

BAŞVURU ŞARTLARI
- Sistemsel olarak aktif ve tam zamanlı; lisans, yüksek lisans veya doktora öğrencisi olmak ve Erasmus değişim programının gerçekleşeceği dönemde mezun durumda olmamak gerekmektedir.
- Lisans öğrencilerinin, en az 2.20/4.00, doktora öğrencilerinin en az 2.50/4.00 genel akademik ortalamaya sahip olmaları gerekmektedir.
- Hareketliliğe katılacak öğrencilerin eğitim alacağı dönem için (2025-2026 Akademik yılı bahar dönemi) Avrupa Kredi Transfer Sistemine (AKTS) göre 30 AKTS’lik ders yükünün olması gerekmektedir.
- Mevcut öğrenim kademesi içerisinde Erasmus+ Programı yükseköğretim hareketliliği faaliyetlerinden yararlanmışsa, yeni faaliyetle beraber toplam sürenin 12 ayı geçmemesi gerekir.
İNGİLİZCE DİL YETERLİLİĞİ
İngilizce Yeterlilik Sınavı başvurunun kapanmasını takiben gerçekleştirilecek olup sınav detayları başvurusunu tamamlayan öğrencilere e-posta olarak gönderilecektir.
Öğrenciler isterse geçerlilik süresi sınava giriş tarihinden geriye doğru 2 yıl olmak üzere daha önce katıldıkları Erasmus+ programı için Haliç Üniversitesi tarafından düzenlenen İngilizce Yeterlilik Sınav sonuçlarını saydırabilirler. Söz konusu sonuç en fazla 2 başvuruda kullanılabilmektedir. Daha önce katılım sağladığınız Erasmus+ İngilizce Yeterlilik Sınav sonucunuzu Yabancı Diller Yüksek Okulundan talep etmeniz ve başvuru portalına Üniversite Erasmus Dil Sınavı belgesi olarak yüklemeniz gerekmektedir.
Üniversite dışındaki sınav merkezlerinde eşdeğer sınavlara katılarak gerekli puanı alan öğrencilerin sınav sonuçları, 23/3/2016 tarihli ve 29662 sayılı Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanan Yükseköğretim Kurumlarında Yabancı Dil Öğretimi ve Yabancı Dille Öğretim Yapılmasında Uyulacak Esaslara İlişkin Yönetmelik hükümlerinde belirtilen esaslar çerçevesinde Yabancı Diller Bölümü tarafından karşılık gelen dil puanına dönüştürülür.
Geçerli Üniversite dışı Yabancı Dil Sınavları : KPDS, YDS, TOEFL, YÖKDİL (YÖK Eş değerlik tabloları
kullanılacaktır)
Bu işlem için başvuru sisteminde talep edilen Yabancı Dil Bilgisi belgesi sisteme yüklenmelidir. Geçerlilik süresi sınava giriş tarihinden geriye doğru en fazla 2 yıl olan söz konusu belge en fazla 2 başvuruda kullanılabilmektedir.
Üniversite dışı geçerli Yabancı Dil Sınavı veya daha önce katılım sağladığı Haliç Üniversitesi tarafından düzenlenen Erasmus+ İngilizce Yeterlilik sınavı sonucu bulunmayan öğrencilerin başvurular sonrası Haliç Üniversitesi tarafından yapılacak olan İngilizce Yeterlilik Sınavına katılımı zorunludur

HİBELER
Erasmus+ KA171 hareketliliğinden faydalanacak öğrencilere yurt dışında geçirdikleri faaliyet süreleri boyunca yurt dışında olmalarından kaynaklanan ilave masraflarına yardımcı olmak
üzere hibe verilmektedir. Hibeler, öğrencilerin faaliyetle ilgili masraflarının tamamını karşılamaya yönelik değil, yalnızca katkı niteliğindedir. Verilecek olan hibe miktarları, gitmeden önce onaylanmış öğretim/eğitim programda belirtilen tarihler kapsamında gidilecek ülke için Avrupa Birliği Komisyonu tarafından belirlenir. Faaliyetten faydalanacak öğrencilere verilecek aylık hibe miktarı 700€’dur.
Hibe ödemeleri iki taksitte yapılır. İlk ödeme, toplam hibenin (bireysel destek + seyahat hibesi) %70’i oranındadır. Kalan %30 hibe ödemesi ise hareketlilik bittikten sonra, öğrencinin gerekli yükümlülükleri tamamlaması halinde yapılır.
Öğrenciler istedikleri takdirde hibe almaksızın faaliyete katılabilirler. Hibesiz öğrenciler de diğer başvuranlarla beraber genel değerlendirmeye tabii tutulur ve hibeli öğrencilerle aynı süreçten geçerler.
Erasmus+ Ortak Ülkelerle Hareketlilik kapsamında eğitim alacak öğrenciler aylık hibe miktarına ek olarak seyahat maliyetlerini karşılamak için seyahat mesafelerine karşı gelen tutarı alacaktır. Gidiş dönüş seyahat desteği ile ilgili ayrıntılar aşağıdaki tabloda verilmiştir:

Seyahat mesafesinin hesaplanmasında Avrupa Birliği’nin Erasmus+ programının yürütülmesinden sorumlu kurum olan Avrupa Komisyonu’nun mesafe hesaplayıcısı (distance calculator) kullanılacaktır. Seyahat gideri ödemesi, öğrencinin yerleşik olduğu üniversite şehrinden faaliyet gerçekleştireceği üniversite şehrine kadar olan ulaşımı karşılamaktadır. Mesafe hesaplayıcısında belirtilen tutar haricinde hiçbir ücret ödenmeyecektir.

T.C. The Ministry of foreign affairs by the centre of European Union Education and youth programmes (national agency), within the framework of the year 2023 project Erasmus+ Programme and partner countries (KA171) higher education student mobility within the quota allocated to the University, student applications for the relevant levels below will be eligible.
Students will be eligible as a conditionally accepted and it will be at the initiative of the institutions to accept students.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- It is necessary to be active and full-time bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral student and not to be a graduate during the period when the Erasmus exchange program will take place.
- Bachelor’s Students must have a minimum grade of 2.20/4.00 cumulative GPA, PhD students must have a minimum grade of 2.50/4.00 cumulative GPA.
- For the period during which the students who will participate in the mobility 2025-2026 Academic year fall semester), it is required to have a course load of 30 ECTS.
- If student had participated in Erasmus+ Mobility before, it should not acced 12 months of total mobility with the new mobility.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
After Applications are closed, the exam information will be sent out via email to student who had submitted their applications.
Students can submit their previously participated English Proficiency exam results conducted by Haliç University for Erasmus+ Program, the validity period of which is 2 years back from the date of taking the exam. Erasmus+ Program English Proficiency exam results can be used for 2 applications. You need to request your English Proficiency Exam Results from Foreign Language School of Haliç University and upload with the University Erasmus Language Exam document as it is requested in the application system.
Equivalent exams that student took from examination centres outside the University are converted to the corresponding language grade by Department of Foreign Languages. Equivalent exams: KPDS, YDS, TOEFL, YÖKDİL
For this process, the Foreign Language Proficiency certificate requested in the application system should be uploaded to the system along with the following petition. The validity period of this document, which is no more than 2 years from the date of taking the exam and can be used for no more than 2 applications.
English Proficiency Exam is mandatory for the students who do not have the results of Equivalent exams that student took from examination centres outside the University (as mentioned above) or the Erasmus + English Proficiency exam result organized by Haliç University, which they have previously participated in.

GRANT SUPPORT
Grants are provided to students who will benefit from Erasmus + KA171 mobility to help with additional expenses of being abroad during the period of activity they spend abroad. The grants are not intended to cover all of the students’ expenses related to the activity, but are only contributions. The grant amounts to be awarded are determined by the European Union
Commission for the country to be visited within the scope of the dates specified in the approved education program before departure. The monthly grant amount is 700€ for the participant of KA171 study mobility.
Grant payments are paid in two installments. The first payment is paid at the rate of 70% of the total grant (individual support + travel grant). The remaining 30% grant payment is paid after the end of the mobility, if the student completes the necessary obligations.
Students can participate in the activity without receiving a grant if they wish. Students without grants are also subjected to a general evaluation together with other applicants and undergo the same process as students with grants.
Students who will study within the scope of Mobility with Erasmus+ Partner Countries will receive the amount corresponding to their travel distance to cover travel costs in addition to the monthly grant amount. Details about round trip travel support are given in the table below:

The distance calculator of the European Commission, the institution responsible for the implementation of the European Union’s Erasmus+ program, will be used to calculate the travel distance. To reach the specified distance calculator:

The travel expense payment pays for transportation from the university city where the student is located to the university city where they will carry out activities. No fee will be paid except the amount specified in the distance calculator.
