22-26 Nisan 2025 tarihleri arasında Krakow Ekonomi Üniversitesi’nin Uluslararası Ofisi’ne misafir olma fırsatı buldum. Bu kısa ancak oldukça dolu geçen ziyaretimde, sevgili Renata, Barbara ve Karina’nın içten karşılaması ve ilgisi sayesinde kendimi evimde gibi hissettim.Ziyaretimin ilk gününde kampüsü tanımak için bir üniversite turu düzenlendi. Mimari yapısı ve tarihi dokusuyla Krakow Ekonomi Üniversitesi beni fazlasıyla etkiledi. Özellikle, üniversitenin geçmişte erkek yetimhanesi olarak kullanıldığını öğrenmek ve her bir odanın bir dönem orada yaşamış gençlerin hikâyelerini taşıması beni derinden etkiledi.En fazla ilgimi çeken yerlerden biri üniversite içindeki Printing House ve Krakow Ekonomi Üniversitesi Müzesi oldu. Müzede üniversitenin tarihine dair birçok kıymetli bilgiye ulaştım. Karina, bana üniversitenin uluslararası tanıtım çalışmalarını ve materyallerin nasıl üretildiğini gösterdi. Tanıtım materyallerinin üniversite içindeki kendi baskı merkezinde hazırlanması oldukça profesyonel ve ilham vericiydi.Ayrıca Ekonomi Bölüm Başkanı Prof. Marek Dabrowski ve önceki bölüm başkanı Andrzej Wojtyna ile tanışma fırsatı yakaladım. Kendilerinin iyi dileklerini almanın yanı sıra akademik çalışmaları hakkında sohbet etme şansım oldu. Oldukça sıcak ve samimi bir iletişim kurduk.Krakow Ekonomi Üniversitesi’nin öğrenci dostu yaklaşımı, ulaşılabilirliği ve ekonomik yapısı sayesinde gelecekte daha fazla iş birliği ve anlaşma yapılabileceğine inanıyorum. Bu ziyaret, sadece mesleki açıdan değil, kişisel olarak da bana çok şey kattı. Polonya halkının yardımseverliği, hoşgörüsü ve farklı kültürlere olan açıklığı beni oldukça etkiledi. Bu deneyimi yaşamış olmak beni hem profesyonel hem de bireysel anlamda zenginleştirdi.Bana bu değerli fırsatı sunan Erasmus Ofisimize ve Krakow Ekonomi Üniversitesi ekibine gönülden teşekkür ederim.
I had the opportunity to visit the International Office of Cracow University of Economics between April 22–26, 2025. Although short, this visit was incredibly rich and fulfilling. Thanks to the warm welcome and hospitality of dear Renata, Barbara, and Karina, I truly felt at home.On the first day of my visit, a campus tour was organized to help me get acquainted with the university. I was deeply impressed by the architectural structure and historical atmosphere of Cracow University of Economics. I was especially moved to learn that the university building had once served as a boys’ orphanage, and that each room carried the stories of the young lives that once resided there.One of the places that fascinated me most was the university’s Printing House and the Cracow University of Economics Museum. At the museum, I discovered many valuable insights into the university’s history. Karina also showed me how the university conducts its international promotion activities and how promotional materials are produced. I found it highly professional and inspiring that these materials are prepared in the university’s own printing center.I also had the chance to meet the Head of the Economics Department, Prof. Marek Dabrowski, as well as the former department head, Andrzej Wojtyna. Not only did I receive their kind regards, but I also had the opportunity to engage in conversations about their academic work. Our communication was warm and sincere.I believe that Cracow University of Economics, with its student-friendly approach, accessibility, and affordability, offers great potential for further collaborations and agreements in the future. This visit enriched me not only professionally but also personally. I was deeply touched by the helpfulness, tolerance, and openness of the Polish people toward different cultures. Experiencing this has greatly contributed to both my professional and personal development.I would like to sincerely thank our Erasmus Office and the team at Cracow University of Economics for providing me with this valuable opportunity.
