Erasmus + Personel Hareketliliği kapsamında 19-23 Mayıs2025 tarihlerinde Spiru Haret University’ de misafir öğretim görevlisi olarak ders verme fırsatına sahip oldum. Romanya’nın başkenti Bükreş’te bulunan üniversitede ilk gün idari binada bulunan Erasmus Kurum Koordinatörü Prof. Gheoghe Duda ile tanıştım. Üniversiteye ait hatıra para kutusu hediyesiyle ayrıca mutlu oldum. Ardından Fiziksel Eğitim ve Spor Fakültesi’ne geçip Erasmus Koordinatörü Prof. Cojoearu Adin ile tanışıp her branş için ayrı kapalı spor salonları, derslikler ve Fitness Salonunu gezdim. Hareketlilik kapsamında ders verdiğim lisans öğrencileri derse karşı oldukça ilgiliydi, uygulama yaptığımız zamanlar çok keyifli geçti. Farklı bölümlerden öğretim üyeleri ile de çok ilgili karşılandım. Bükreş’in hareketli sokakları ve tarihi yapıları, müzeleri, geniş bulvarlar ve modern yapıların iç içe geçtiği bir metropol burası. Özellikle Parlamento Sarayı’ nın ihtişamı karşısında büyülendim. Dünyanın en büyük ikinci idari binası olması gerçekten etkileyiciydi. Eski Şehir (Lipscani) bölgesinde dar sokaklarda kaybolmak, kafelerde kahve içip yerel lezzetleri tatmak çok keyifliydi. Bükreş’teki müzeler ve parklar, şehrin hem kültürel hem de doğal yönlerini deneyimlememe olanak sağladı.Transilvanya bölgesinde yer alan Braşov’ a gitmek güzel bir seçim oldu. Şehrin tarihi meydanı, renkli evleri ve Kara Kilise gibi simge yapıları, Orta Çağ atmosferini mükemmel bir şekilde yansıtıyordu. Sinaia şehrinde bulunan Peleş Kalesi, Neo-Rönesans tarzında inşa edilmiş olup, iç dekorasyonun detayları, tarihi mobilyalar ve güzel bahçeler arasında dolaşmak, zamanda yolculuk yapıyormuşum gibi hissettirdi. Bran Kalesi, Drakula efsanesinin en çok ilişkilendirildiği yer olarak merakımı cezbetti. Kalenin taş duvarları ve kasvetli atmosferi, efsanenin gizemini yaşatıyordu.Eğitim alanındaki benzerlik ve farklılıklar, üniversite, öğrenciler, işleyiş, farklı kültürel ortamda bulunma gibi birçok olumlu tecrübe ile Romanya’dan memnun ayrıldım. Bu güzel deneyimi yaşama fırsat veren Haliç Üniversitesi ve süreç boyu desteğini hiç esirgemeyen değerli Erasmus Ofisi Ekibine çok teşekkür ederim.
As part of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility program, I had the opportunity to teach as a guest lecturer at Spiru Haret University from May 19 to 23, 2025. On the first day at the university, located in Bucharest, the capital of Romania, I met with the Erasmus Institutional Coordinator, Prof. Gheoghe Duda, at the administrative building. I was also very pleased to receive a souvenir coin box as a gift from the university.Later, I visited the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, where I met with the Erasmus Coordinator, Prof. Cojoearu Adin. I had the chance to tour the separate indoor sports halls, classrooms, and the fitness center dedicated to each discipline. The undergraduate students I taught during the mobility program were very engaged in the lessons, and we had an enjoyable time during practical sessions. I was also warmly welcomed by faculty members from various departments.Bucharest is a lively metropolis where bustling streets, historical buildings, museums, wide boulevards, and modern architecture coexist. I was especially fascinated by the grandeur of the Palace of the Parliament. It was truly impressive to see the second-largest administrative building in the world. Getting lost in the narrow streets of the Old Town (Lipscani), enjoying coffee in local cafés, and tasting traditional flavors was a delightful experience. The museums and parks in Bucharest allowed me to explore both the cultural and natural sides of the city.Traveling to Brașov, located in the Transylvania region, was a great choice. The city’s historical square, colorful houses, and iconic landmarks such as the Black Church perfectly reflected the medieval atmosphere. Peles Castle in the city of Sinaia, built in Neo-Renaissance style, offered a sense of time travel with its intricate interior decoration, historical furniture, and beautiful gardens. Bran Castle, which is most closely associated with the Dracula legend, sparked my curiosity. The castle’s stone walls and gloomy atmosphere conveyed the mystery of the legend.I left Romania with many positive experiences, including insights into similarities and differences in the field of education, the university structure, student engagement, operational processes, and being in a different cultural environment.
