Erasmus+ Ders Verme Personel Hareketliliği ile beş günlük eğitim verme için Facultad de Enfermeria y PodologiaFaculty of Nursing and Podiatry Universitat de Valencia’ da ağırlandım. Ders verme hareketliliği programında hemşirelik bölümü tanıtımı, fakülte gezisi, dekan ve dekan yardımcıları ile görüşmeler, laboratuvar dersine katılım ve öğrencilerle uygulamalı ders işleme, simülasyon laboratuvarlarında öğrencilerle çalışmalar yapma üzerine görüşmeler gerçekleştirdik. Planlanan şekilde ders verme anlatımlarımı yaptım. Uzmanlık alanım ile ilgili olarak General University Hospital (Kadın ve Çocuk Klinikleri- Hastanesi) ziyaretinde çocuk yoğun bakım servisi, çocuk acil servisi, kadın-doğum servisi hemşireleri ve hekimleri ile görüşmeler gerçekleştirdik, hastalık tanılama ve tedavi süreçleri, izledikleri protokoller ve ülkenin sağlık politikalarıyla ilgili bilgilendirildim ve Türkiye- Valensiya/İspanya karşılaştırmaları üzerine konuşmalar gerçekleştirdik. Universitat de Valencia’ da meslektaşlarımla ders verme hareketliliği kapsamında, çok verimli 5 gün geçirdim. Farklı deneyimler elde etmiş oldum.
I was hosted at the Faculty of Nursing and Podiatry, Universitat de Valencia, for a five-day teaching mobility program under the Erasmus+ Staff Teaching Mobility.During the teaching mobility program, we had discussions about the introduction of the nursing department, a tour of the faculty, meetings with the dean and vice deans, participation in laboratory classes, and practical lessons with students. We also worked with students in simulation laboratories. As planned, I delivered my lectures.In relation to my field of expertise, I visited the General University Hospital (Women’s and Children’s Clinics), where we had discussions with nurses and doctors from the pediatric intensive care unit, pediatric emergency department, and obstetrics ward. We were informed about disease diagnosis and treatment processes, the protocols they follow, and the country’s healthcare policies. We also had conversations about the comparison between Turkey and Valencia/Spain.I spent five very productive days with my colleagues at the Universitat de Valencia under the staff teaching mobility program and gained valuable experiences.
