Erasmus+ Öğrenim ve Staj Hareketliliği 2026-2027 Bahar Dönemi Yerleştirme Sonuçları açıklanmıştır.
Öğrenim faaliyeti için kontenjanlar fakültelere göre Ulusal Ajans tarafından üniversitemize 2026 Proje Dönemi için tahsis edilen hibe miktarına bağlı olarak belirlenmiştir. Hibe listesi, her fakülteden eşit oranda aday hibe alacak şekilde oluşturulmuştur.
Staj hareketliliğinde hibelendirme için en yüksek puana sahip öğrencilere Ulusal Ajans tarafından üniversitemize 2025 Proje Dönemi için tahsis edilen hibe miktarına bağlı olarak dağılım yapılmıştır.
İngilizce Yeterlilik Sınavı baraj puanı Öğrenim Hareketliliği için 60, Staj Hareketliliği için ise 50’dir. Bu puanların altında kalan öğrenciler Erasmus+ Hareketliliklerinden faydalanamayacaktır.
Hibeli olarak seçilen ancak hakkından feragat etmek isteyen öğrenciler, sonuçların ilan edilmesinin ardından 27 Ekim, saat 17.00’ye kadar feragat dilekçelerini getirip ofisimize teslim etmelidir. Belirlenen feragat tarihlerinden sonra, mücbir sebep olmaksızın hareketlilikten vazgeçen adayların bir sonraki Erasmus başvurularında toplam puanlarından 10 puan kesinti uygulanacaktır.
Öğrenim faaliyetinden feragat eden öğrencilerin hibe hakkı sırasıyla (aynı fakülte içerisinde) “hibesiz” olarak belirlenen adaylara devredilecektir.
Hibeli staj hakkı kazanan asil öğrencilerin feragat etmeleri veya belirlenen süre içinde staj yeri bulamamaları durumunda hibe hakkı sırasıyla “hibesiz” olarak belirlenen adaylara devredilecektir. Yeni adaylara staj yeri bulmaları için yine son tarih verilecektir.
Erasmus+ Giden Öğrenci Oryantasyonu
Giden öğrenci oryantasyon toplantısı, 30 Ekim günü saat 14.00-15.30’da Küçük Konferans salonunda salonunda yapılacaktır. Hibeli olarak hak kazanan tüm öğrencilerin katılımı zorunludur. Oryantasyon toplantısına hibesiz faaliyetlere katılmayı düşünen öğrenciler de katılım sağlayabilir.
ÖĞRENİM HAREKETLİLİĞİNE HİBELİ OLARAK HAK KAZANDIM, NE YAPMAM GEREKİYOR?
Hibeli olarak hak kazanan asil öğrenciler, https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/ üzerinden yerleştirildikleri kurumları görebilirler. Uluslararası İlişkiler Koordinatörlüğü tarafından kurumlarla iletişime geçilip bilgileriniz paylaşılacaktır.

Feragat etmeyi düşünmeyen ve sürecini başlatmak isteyen öğrenciler Uluslararası İlişkiler Koordinatörlüğü’ne e-posta ile bildirim yapabilirler.
Haliç Üniversitesinde Erasmus faliyeti katılımcısı olarak seçilmeniz, partner kurumun sizi kabul ettiği/edeceği anlamına gelmemektedir.Kurumlardan tarafınıza iletilecek başvuru süreçlerini takip etmeli ve istenecek şekilde tamamlamalısınız.Kurumların başvurunuzu değerlendirme ve reddetme hakkı bulunmaktadır. ÖĞRENİM HAREKETLİLİĞİNE HİBESİZ OLARAK KATILMAK İSTİYORUM, NE YAPMAM GEREKİYOR?
Öğrenim hareketliliğine hibesiz olarak katılmak isteyen öğrencilerin, 27 Ekim 17.00’ye kadar dilekçe doldurarak Uluslararası İlişkiler Koordinatörlüğü‘ne getirip teslim etmeleri gereklidir. Dilekçe teslim eden öğrenciler arasından en yüksek puanlı yalnızca 5 kişi hibesiz hareketlilikten yararlanabilecektir. Öğrenciler dilekçelerini ofise teslim etmediği sürece herhangi bir işlem başlatılmayacaktır. Hibesiz olarak yararlanacak 5 öğrenci için tercihleri ve kurum kontenjanları ayrıca değerlendirilecektir.
STAJ HAREKETLİLİĞİNE ASİL OLARAK HAK KAZANDIM, NE YAPMAM GEREKİYOR?
Staj hareketliliğine asil olarak hak kazanan öğrencilerin staj kabul mektuplarını 23 Kasım 2026, saat 17.00’ye kadar ofisimize teslim etmeleri gerekmektedir. (Hibesiz staj faaliyetinden yararlanmak isteyen öğrenciler de bu tarihe uymalıdır.) Bu tarihe kadar kabul mektubunu iletmeyen öğrenciler, feragat dilekçesi ile feragat etmiş sayılacaklardır. Kabul mektubu iletmeyen ve feragat dilekçesi doldurmayan öğrencilerin hakları devam etmeyecektir ve bir sonraki başvurularında -10 puan kesilecektir. Staj yeri bulamayan hibeli öğrencilerin Erasmus hibe hakkı, sırasıyla yedek hibesiz öğrencilere devredilecektir.

STAJ YERİ BULMA VE KABUL MEKTUBU SÜRECİ
Staj hareketliliği başvurusu yapan öğrenciler, staj yerlerini kendileri bulmalıdır. Staj yeri bulma konusunda ofisimiz destek vermemektedir. Staj yapılacak kurum, Erasmus programına dahil olan ülkelerden birinde yer almalıdır. Kuruma CV’niz ve niyet mektubunuz ile başvurmanız ve kabul almanız durumunda “Kabul Mektubu” talep etmeniz gerekmektedir. Kabul mektubu, staj yapacağınız kurum tarafından imzalı ve kaşeli olarak tarih bilgilerini (minimum 60 gün) ve kişisel bilgilerinizi (isim-soyisim) içerecek şekilde size gönderilmelidir.Staj kabul mektubu örneklerini internette bulabilirsiniz.
STAJ TARİHİ OLARAK HANGİ TARİHLERİ SEÇEBİLİRİM?
Staj tarihlerini kendiniz seçmelisiniz.Staj hareketliliğini tamamlamak ve belgelerinizi ofisimize teslim etmeniz için son tarih 30 Temmuz 2027’dir. Bu tarihe kadar en az 2 aylık (60 günlük) stajınızı tamamlamanız gerekmektedir. Staj faaliyeti, 2 aydan fazla yapılsa da maksimum 2 aylık hibe desteği sağlanmaktadır.

Erasmus+ Study and Traineeship Mobility Placement Results for the 2026–2027 Spring Semester
The placement results for the Erasmus+ Study and Traineeship Mobility Programmes for the 2026–2027 Spring Semester have been announced.
For Study Mobility, quotas have been determined according to the grant amount allocated to Haliç University by the Turkish National Agency for the 2026 Project Year. The grant allocation list has been prepared to ensure an equal distribution of grant opportunities among faculties.
For Traineeship Mobility, grants have been allocated to the highest-scoring students, based on the grant amount allocated to our university by the Turkish National Agency for the 2025 Project Year.
The minimum required score in the English Proficiency Exam is 60 for Study Mobility and 50 for Traineeship Mobility. Students scoring below these thresholds are not eligible to participate in Erasmus+ mobility activities.
Students who have been awarded a grant but wish to withdraw from the programme must submit their withdrawal petitions in person to our office by 17:00 on 27 October. Students who withdraw from mobility after the specified withdrawal deadline without a valid force majeure reason will have 10 points deducted from their total score in their next Erasmus+ application.
The grant entitlement of students who withdraw from Study Mobility will be transferred, in ranking order and within the same faculty, to candidates listed as “non-grant” (zero-grant).
If students selected as main candidates for funded Traineeship Mobility withdraw from the programme or fail to secure an internship placement within the specified period, their grant entitlement will be transferred to candidates listed as “non-grant” (zero-grant), in ranking order. These newly selected candidates will also be given a deadline to secure an internship placement.
Erasmus+ Outgoing Student Orientation
The outgoing student orientation session will take place on 30 October, from 14:00 to 15:30, in the Small Conference Hall.Attendance is mandatory for all students who have been awarded a grant. Students considering participation in mobility activities without a grant are also welcome to attend.
I HAVE BEEN SELECTED AS A MAIN CANDIDATE WITH A GRANT FOR STUDY MOBILITY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Students selected as main candidates with a grant can view their assigned host institutions through Turna Portal.
The International Relations Coordinatorship will contact the host institutions and share the relevant student information with them.
Students who wish to withdraw from the programme must submit their withdrawal petitions in person to our office by 17:00 on 27 October.
Students who do not intend to withdraw and wish to initiate the next steps of the process may notify the International Relations Coordinatorship by email.
Being selected as an Erasmus+ mobility participant at Haliç University does not guarantee acceptance by the host institution. Students must follow the application procedures communicated by their host institutions and submit all required documents within the specified deadlines. Host institutions reserve the right to assess and reject applications. Further information will be provided during the Erasmus+ Outgoing Student Orientation.
I WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN STUDY MOBILITY WITHOUT A GRANT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Students who wish to participate in Study Mobility without a grant must complete the petition form and submit it in person to the International Relations Coordinatorship by 17:00 on 27 October.
Only five students with the highest scores among those who submit their petitions will be eligible to participate in non-grant mobility.
No procedures will be initiated unless the petition has been submitted to our office. The preferences of the five eligible students and the available quotas at the host institutions will be assessed separately.
I HAVE BEEN SELECTED AS A MAIN CANDIDATE FOR TRAINEESHIP MOBILITY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Students selected as main candidates for Traineeship Mobility must submit their internship acceptance letters to our office by 17:00 on 23 November 2026. This deadline also applies to students who wish to participate in Traineeship Mobility without a grant.
Students who fail to submit their acceptance letters by the deadline will be considered to have withdrawn from the programme. Students who neither submit an acceptance letter nor a withdrawal petition will lose their mobility entitlement and have 10 points deducted from their total score in their next Erasmus+ application.
If funded students fail to secure an internship placement, their grant entitlement will be transferred to eligible students on the non-grant reserve list, in ranking order.
Students who wish to participate in Traineeship Mobility without a grant must complete the petition form and submit it in person to the International Relations Coordinatorship by 17:00 on 27 October.
Applications will not be processed unless the petition has been submitted to our office.
INTERNSHIP PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE LETTER PROCESS
Students applying for Traineeship Mobility are responsible for finding their own internship placements. Our office does not provide assistance in finding internship placements.
The host organisation must be located in one of the countries participating in the Erasmus+ Programme.
Students must apply directly to the host organisation by submitting their CV and motivation letter. If accepted, they must request an official Acceptance Letter from the host organisation.
The acceptance letter must be signed and stamped by the host organisation and include the following information:
- The student’s full name and surname.
- The internship start and end dates, covering a minimum period of 60 days.

WHAT INTERNSHIP DATES CAN I CHOOSE?
Students may choose their own internship dates. However, they must complete their traineeship and submit all required documents to our office by 30 July 2027.
Students must complete a minimum of two months (60 days) of traineeship by this deadline.
Even if the traineeship lasts longer than two months, the maximum grant support provided will cover two months.
