[TR] 2020 PROJESİ YÜKSEK LİSANS VE DOKTORA STAJ HAREKETLİLİĞİ EK KONTENJAN BAŞVURULARI İÇİN YAPILAN İNGİLİZCE YETERLİLİK SINAVI SONUÇLARI AÇIKLANDI!
İngilizce Yeterlilik Sınavı barajı;
- Erasmus+ Staj Hareketliliği öğrencisi olabilmek için gereken minimum dil puanı: 50 olup,
Barajı geçmeyen sınav sonuçları değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır. *
* Geçerlilik süresi son 2 yılı kapsayan ve 2 başvuruda kullanılabilecek İngilizce Dil Yeterlilik sınavı puanını tekrar kullanmak isteyen öğrencileri kapsamamaktadır.
İngilizce Dil Yeterlilik Sınavı sonucuna itirazda bulunmak isteyen öğrencilerimizin sonuçların ilan edilmesinin ardından 27 Aralık 2022 saat 13.00’e kadar itiraz dilekçesini doldurarak ofisimize teslim etmeleri/mail atmaları gerekmektedir.

Bundan sonraki aşamada;
- Önümüzdeki haftalarda başvurulan program için minimum Erasmus notuna sahip öğrenciler her başvurulan bölüm ve program için GNO’nun %50’si + Dil Puanının %50’si alınarak elde edilen Erasmus Puanı ilan edilecektir.
- Asil ve yedek listeleri, bütün bölümlerin programa katılmasını sağlamak ve programdan daha fazla adayın yararlanabilmesi adına her bölümden en yüksek puan alan adayların “asil” olarak seçilmesiyle oluşturulacaktır.
- Asil olarak hak kazanın öğrenciler Erasmus hibesinden faydalabilecek öğrenciler olup, asgari şartları sağlayan ancak hibeli olarak hak kazanamayan (yedek) öğrencilerimiz talep etmeleri durumunda hibesiz olarak Erasmus hakkından yararlanabilecektir.
- Asil olarak hak kazanan öğrencilerimizin hakkından feragat etmesi durumunda Erasmus hibe hakkı sırasıyla “yedek” olarak belirlenen adaylara geçecektir.
- Sonuçlar açıklandıktan sonra asil olarak hak kazanan öğrencilerimizin staj yeri bulmaları için son tarih verilecek olup, staj yeri araştırması süreçlerine başlamaları önerilmektedir.
[EN] ENGLISH PROFICIENCY EXAM FOR 2020 PROJECT GRADUATE PROGRAMS (MASTER’S AND PHD) INTERNSHIP MOBILITY ADDITIONAL PLACEMENT APPLICATIONS
English Proficiency Exam;
- The minimum score for the Erasmus+ Internship Mobility is 50
The results which are under the minimum score will not be evaluated. *
* The list does not include students who want to re-use their English Language Proficiency exam score, which covers the last 2 years and can be used only for 2 applications.
After the results are announced, students who want to object to the result of the English Language Proficiency Exam must fill in the objection petition and submit/mail it to our office until 27th of December 2022 13.00

In the next process;
- In the next weeks, students with a minimum Erasmus score for the applied program will be declared the Erasmus Point obtained by taking 50% of the GPA + 50% of the Language Score for each department and program applied for.
- The nominated and waiting lists will be created by selecting the candidates with the highest scores from each department as “nominated” in order to ensure that all departments participate in the program and that more candidates can benefit from the program.
- Nominated students are student who will be granted with Erasmus grant, waiting students who meet the minimum requirements (yedek öğrenciler) but are not eligible for a grant will be able to benefit from Erasmus without a grant upon request.
- Once the students who are entitled as “nominated” withdraw their grant right, their right will pass to the candidates who are determined as “waiting”, respectively.
- After the results are announced, nominated students will be given a deadline to find an internship placement and submit an acceptance letter.
