Erasmus+ Öğrenim ve Staj Hareketliliği 2026-2027 Güz Dönemi Yerleştirme Sonuçları açıklanmıştır. Kontenjanlar, fakültelere göre Ulusal Ajans tarafından üniversitemize 2025 Proje Dönemi için tahsis edilen hibe miktarına bağlı olarak belirlenmiştir. Öğrenim asil listeleri, her fakülteden eşit oranda aday hibe alacak şekilde oluşturulmuştur. Staj hareketliliğinde ise en yüksek puana sahip öğrencilere dağılım yapılmıştır.
İngilizce Yeterlilik Sınavı baraj puanı Öğrenim Hareketliliği için 60, Staj Hareketliliği için ise 50’dir. Bu puanların altında kalan öğrenciler Erasmus+ Hareketliliklerinden faydalanamayacaktır.
İlanda yalnızca hibeli olarak yerleşen öğrenciler paylaşılmış olup, listede yer almayan diğer öğrenciler hibesiz olarak değerlendirilmektedir.
Hibeli olarak seçilen ancak hakkından feragat etmek isteyen öğrenciler, sonuçların ilan edilmesinin ardından 6 Nisan 2026, saat 12.00’ye kadar feragat dilekçelerini getirip ofisimize teslim etmelidir. Belirlenen feragat tarihlerinden sonra, mücbir sebep olmaksızın hareketlilikten vazgeçen adayların bir sonraki Erasmus başvurularında toplam puanlarından 10 puan kesinti uygulanacaktır.
Feragat eden veya staj hakkı kazanan asil öğrencilerin, belirlenen süre içinde staj yeri bulamamaları durumunda Erasmus hibe hakkı, sırasıyla “hibesiz” olarak belirlenen adaylara devredilecektir.
Erasmus+ Giden Öğrenci Oryantasyonu
Giden öğrenci oryantasyon toplantısı, 7 Nisan Salı günü saat 14.00-15.30’da 10619 no’lu etkinlik salonunda yapılacaktır. Hibeli olarak hak kazanan tüm öğrencilerin katılımı zorunludur.Oryantasyon toplantısına hibesiz faaliyetlere katılmayı düşünen öğrenciler de katılım sağlayabilir.
ÖĞRENİM HAREKETLİLİĞİNE ASİL OLARAK HAK KAZANDIM, NE YAPMAM GEREKİYOR?
Hibeli olarak hak kazanan asil öğrenciler, https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/ üzerinden yerleştirildikleri kurumları görebilirler. Uluslararası İlişkiler Koordinatörlüğü tarafından kurumlarla iletişime geçilip bilgileriniz paylaşılacaktır. Feragat etmeyi düşünmeyen ve sürecini başlatmak isteyen öğrenciler Uluslararası İlişkiler Koordinatörlüğü’ne e-posta ile bildirim yapabilirler.
Haliç Üniversitesinde Erasmus faliyeti katılımcısı olarak seçilmeniz, partner kurumun sizi kabul ettiği/edeceği anlamına gelmemektedir.Kurumlardan tarafınıza iletilecek başvuru süreçlerini takip etmeli ve istenecek şekilde tamamlamalısınız.Kurumların başvurunuzu değerlendirme ve reddetme hakkı bulunmaktadır. ÖĞRENİM HAREKETLİLİĞİNE HİBESİZ OLARAK KATILMAK İSTİYORUM, NE YAPMAM GEREKİYOR?
Öğrenim hareketliliğine hibesiz olarak katılmak isteyen öğrencilerin, belirtilen süre içerisinde ofisimize dilekçe teslim etmeleri gerekmektedir.Dilekçe teslim eden öğrenciler arasından yalnızca 5 kişi seçilecektir. Öğrencilerin 6 Nisan Pazartesi günü saat 12.00’ye kadar dilekçe doldurarak Uluslararası İlişkiler Koordinatörlüğü‘ne getirip teslim etmeleri gereklidir. Öğrenciler dilekçelerini ofise teslim etmediği sürece işlemleri başlatılmayacaktır. Yedek olarak yerleştirilen hibesiz öğrenciler ise ancak kurumda boş kontenjan oluşması durumunda faaliyetten yararlanabilirler.
STAJ HAREKETLİLİĞİNE ASİL OLARAK HAK KAZANDIM, NE YAPMAM GEREKİYOR?
Staj hareketliliğine asil olarak hak kazanan öğrencilerin staj kabul mektuplarını 1 Mayıs 2026, saat 17.00’ye kadar Erasmus Ofisi’ne email ile iletmeleri gerekmektedir. (Hibesiz staj faaliyetinden yararlanmak isteyen öğrenciler de bu tarihe uymalıdır.) Bu tarihe kadar kabul mektubunu iletmeyen öğrenciler, feragat dilekçesi ile feragat etmiş sayılacaklardır. Kabul mektubu iletmeyen ve feragat dilekçesi doldurmayan öğrencilerin hakları devam etmeyecektir ve bir sonraki başvurularında -10 puan kesilecektir. Staj yeri bulamayan hibeli öğrencilerin Erasmus hibe hakkı, sırasıyla yedek hibesiz öğrencilere devredilecektir.
Staj Hareketliliği’ne hibesiz olarak katılmak isteyen öğrencilerin 6 Nisan Pazartesi günü saat 12.00’ye kadar dilekçe doldurarak Uluslararası İlişkiler Koordinatörlüğü‘ne getirip teslim etmeleri gereklidir. Öğrenciler dilekçelerini ofise teslim etmediği sürece işlemleri başlatılmayacaktır.
STAJ YERİ BULMA VE KABUL MEKTUBU SÜRECİ
Staj hareketliliği başvurusu yapan öğrenciler, staj yerlerini kendileri bulmalıdır. Staj yeri bulma konusunda ofisimiz destek vermemektedir. Staj yapılacak kurum, Erasmus programına dahil olan ülkelerden birinde yer almalıdır. Kuruma CV’niz ve niyet mektubunuz ile başvurmanız ve kabul almanız durumunda “Kabul Mektubu” talep etmeniz gerekmektedir. Kabul mektubu, staj yapacağınız kurum tarafından imzalı ve kaşeli olarak tarih bilgilerini (minimum 60 gün) ve kişisel bilgilerinizi (isim-soyisim) içerecek şekilde size gönderilmelidir.Staj kabul mektubu örneklerini internette bulabilirsiniz.
STAJ TARİHİ OLARAK HANGİ TARİHLERİ SEÇEBİLİRİM?
Staj tarihlerini kendiniz seçmelisiniz.Staj hareketliliğini tamamlamak ve belgelerinizi ofisimize teslim etmeniz için son tarih 30 Eylül 2026’dir. Bu tarihe kadar en az 2 aylık (60 günlük) stajınızı tamamlamanız gerekmektedir. Staj faaliyeti, 2 aydan fazla yapılsa da maksimum 2 aylık hibe desteği sağlanmaktadır.

STAJ HAREKETLİLİĞİ SONUÇLARI İÇİN TIKLAYINIZ
Erasmus+ Study and Traineeship Mobility Placement Results for the 2026-2027 Fall Semester have been announced. The allocation of quotas was determined based on the grant amount allocated to our university by the National Agency for the 2025 Project Period. For the study mobility, the main lists were formed to ensure an equal distribution of grants among faculties. For the traineeship mobility, the allocation was made to students with the highest scores.
The minimum required score for the English Proficiency Exam is 60 for Study Mobility and 50 for Traineeship Mobility. Students who score below these thresholds will not be eligible to participate in Erasmus+ mobilities.
Only students who have been placed with a grant are listed in the announcement; all other students are considered as non-grant (zero-grant) participants.
Students who have been selected with a grant but wish to withdraw their right must submit their withdrawal petitions to our office by 6 April 2026, 12:00 PM. If a student withdraws from mobility after the withdrawal deadline without a valid reason (force majeure), 10 points will be deducted from their total score in their next Erasmus application.
In the case that students who have withdrawn or those who were granted a traineeship opportunity fail to find a placement within the given timeframe, their Erasmus grant will be transferred to the next candidates on the “non-grant” list in order.
Erasmus+ Outgoing Student Orientation
The outgoing student orientation meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 7, from 14:00 to 15:30 in Event Hall No. 10619. Attendance is mandatory for all students who have been awarded a grant. Students who are considering participating in mobility without a grant are also welcome to attend the orientation meeting.
I HAVE BEEN SELECTED AS A MAIN CANDIDATE (WITH GRANT) FOR STUDY MOBILITY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Students who have been selected as main candidates with a grant can view the institutions they have been placed at through https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/. The International Relations Coordinatorship will contact the host institutions and share your information with them. Students who do not wish to withdraw and would like to start the process can inform the International Relations Office via email.
Being selected as an Erasmus participant at Haliç University does not guarantee that you have been accepted by the partner institution. You must follow the application procedures that will be communicated to you by the host institution and complete them as instructed. Partner institutions reserve the right to review and reject your application. Detailed information will be provided during the Erasmus+ Outgoing Student Orientation.
I WANT TO PARTICIPATE AS A NON-GRANT STUDENT FOR STUDY MOBILITY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Students who wish to participate in study mobility without a grant are required to submit a petition to our office within the specified timeframe.Only 5 students will be selected among those who submit their petitions.Students must fill out a petition and submit it in person to the International Relations Coordinatorship by Monday, April 6 at 12:00 PM. Applications will not be processed unless the petition is submitted to the office. Non-grant students placed as ‘reserved’ can only benefit from the mobility if a vacant spot becomes available at the host institution.
I HAVE BEEN SELECTED AS A MAIN CANDIDATE FOR TRAINEESHIP MOBILITY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Students who have been selected as main candidates for traineeship mobility must submit their internship acceptance letters to the International Relations Coordinatorship via email by May 1, 2026, at 17:00. (This deadline also applies to students who wish to participate in a non-grant traineeship.)
Students who fail to submit their acceptance letters by the deadline will be considered as withdrawn through a withdrawal petition. Students who neither submit an acceptance letter nor a withdrawal petition will lose their right to participate, and 10 points will be deducted from their total score in their next Erasmus application. The grants of students who cannot secure an internship placement will be transferred to the next candidates on the non-grant reserve list.
Students who wish to participate in the Traineeship Mobility without a grant are required to fill out a petition and submit it in person to the International Relations Office by Monday, April 6 at 12:00 PM. Applications will not be processed unless the petition is submitted to the office.
INTERNSHIP PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE LETTER PROCESS
Students applying for traineeship mobility are responsible for finding their own internship placement. The office does not provide placement support. The internship host organization must be located in one of the Erasmus program countries.
You should apply to the institution with your CV and motivation letter. If accepted, you must request an Acceptance Letter. This letter must be signed and stamped by the host institution and include:Internship dates (minimum 60 days),your personal information (full name). Sample acceptance letters can be found online.
WHAT INTERNSHIP DATES CAN I CHOOSE?
You may choose your own internship dates. The final deadline to complete your traineeship and submit all documents to our office is September 30, 2026. You must complete a minimum of 2 months (60 days) of traineeship by this date.
Even if the internship exceeds two months, the maximum grant support provided is for 2 months.
