Erasmus+ Öğrenim ve Staj Hareketliliği 2025-2026 Güz Dönemi Yerleştirme Sonuçları açıklanmıştır.
İngilizce Yeterlilik Sınavı baraj puanı Öğrenim Hareketliliği için 60, Staj Hareketliliği için ise 50’dir. Bu puanların altında kalan öğrenciler Erasmus+ Hareketliliklerinden faydalanamayacaktır.
Kontenjanlar, Ulusal Ajans tarafından üniversitemize 2024 Proje Dönemi için tahsis edilen hibe miktarına bağlı olarak belirlenmiştir. Öğrenim hibe listeleri, fakültelerden eşit oranda aday seçilerek oluşturulmuştur. Staj hareketliliğinde hibeli öğrenci listeleri belirlenirken kontenjan kapsamında üniversite genelinde en yüksek puana sahip öğrencilere dağılım yapılmıştır, yükseklisans ve doktora programları ayrıca değerlendirilmiştir.
İtiraz süresi 24 Nisan 2025 saat 17.00’ye kadar olup; bu tarihe kadar açıklanan sonuçlar kesinleşmiş sayılmaz. Sonucuna itiraz etmek isteyen öğrencilerin itiraz süresi içerisinde gerekçeli dilekçesini hazırlayıp ofisimize teslim etmesi gerekmektedir.Sonuçlarda değişiklik olması halinde ek bir duyuru paylaşılacaktır.
Hibeli (asil) olarak seçilen ancak hakkından feragat etmek isteyen öğrenciler, sonuçların ilan edilmesinin ardından 24 Nisan 2025, saat 17.00’ye kadar feragat dilekçelerini imzalayıp erasmus@halic.edu.tr adresine iletmelidir. Belirlenen feragat tarihlerinden sonra, mücbir sebep olmaksızın hareketlilikten vazgeçen adayların bir sonraki Erasmus başvurularında toplam puanlarından 10 puan kesinti uygulanacaktır.
Öğrenim hakkından feragat eden veya staj için belirlenen süre içinde staj yeri bulanamaması durumunda Erasmus hibe hakkı, sırasıyla “hibesiz” olarak belirlenen adaylara devredilecektir.(Bu adayların staj yeri bulmaları için ek süre verilecektir.)
Erasmus+ Giden Öğrenci Oryantasyonu
Giden öğrenci oryantasyon toplantısı, 25 Nisan 2025 Cuma günü, 13.00-15.00 saatleri arasında 12522 kodlu amfide yapılacaktır. Hibeli olarak hak kazanan tüm öğrencilerin katılımı zorunludur. Katılamayacak öğrencilerin, mücbir sebeplerini Erasmus Ofisi’ne bildirmeleri gerekmektedir. Oryantasyon toplantısına hibesiz faaliyetlere katılmayı düşünen öğrenciler de katılım sağlayabilir.
ÖĞRENİM HAREKETLİLİĞİNE HİBELİ OLARAK HAK KAZANDIM, NE YAPMAM GEREKİYOR?
Hibeli olarak hak kazanan asil öğrenciler, https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/ üzerinden yerleştirildikleri kurumları görebilirler. Kurumlara yerleştirme (nomination) işlemleri Erasmus ve Değişim Programları Koordinatörlüğü tarafından başlatılacaktır.Yerleştiğiniz kurumlarda değişiklik mümkün değildir.
Feragat etmeyi düşünmeyen ve sürecini en kısa sürede başlatmak isteyen hibeli (asil) öğrenciler Erasmus Ofisi’ne e-posta ile bildirim yapmalıdır.Haliç Üniversitesinde Erasmus Programına kabul almanız tercih ettiğiniz kurumun henüz sizi kabul ettiği anlamına gelmez. Kurumlardan tarafınıza iletilecek başvuru süreçlerini (application) takip etmeli ve istenen şekilde tamamlamalısınız.Kurumlar öğrencinin yapacağı başvurusunu değerlendirip kabul veya red verebilir. Hibesiz öğrenime hak kazanan öğrenciler https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/ üzerinden yerleşebilecekleri kurumları görebilirler. Talep etmeleri durumunda öğrenciler hibesiz olarak hareketlilikten faydalanabilirler. Bunun için dilekçe doldurarak 24 Nisan 17.00’ye kadar Erasmus Ofisi erasmus@halic.edu.tr adresine iletmelidir.Hibesiz seçilen öğrenciler dilekçelerini ofise teslim etmediği sürece işlemleri başlatılmayacaktır.

STAJ HAREKETLİLİĞİNE ASİL OLARAK HAK KAZANDIM, NE YAPMAM GEREKİYOR?
Staj hareketliliğine hibeli olarak hak kazanan ve henüz staj yeri bulamayan öğrencilerin staj kabul mektuplarını 18 Mayıs 2025, saat 17.00’ye kadar Erasmus Ofisi’ne email ile iletmeleri gerekmektedir. (Hibesiz staj faaliyetinden yararlanmak isteyen öğrenciler de bu kapsamda değerlendirilir ve aynı tarih geçerlidir.) Bu tarihe kadar kabul mektubunu iletmeyen öğrenciler, feragat dilekçesi ile feragat etmiş sayılacaklardır. Kabul mektubu iletmeyen ve feragat dilekçesi doldurmayan öğrencilerin hakları devam etmeyecektir ve bir sonraki başvurularında -10 puan kesilecektir. Staj yeri bulamayan asil öğrencilerin Erasmus hibe hakkı, sırasıyla yedek (hibesiz) öğrencilere devredilecektir.Hak kazanan ve staj yerini bulan öğrencilerin oryantasyon programına katılımı zorunludur.

Erasmus+ Learning and Internship Mobility Placement Results for the 2025–2026 Fall Semester Have Been Announced.
The minimum passing score for the English Proficiency Exam is 60 for Learning Mobility and 50 for Internship Mobility. Students who score below these thresholds will not be eligible to participate in Erasmus+ Mobility activities.
The quotas have been determined based on the amount of grant allocated to our university by the National Agency for the 2024 Project Period. The grant lists for learning mobility have been created by selecting candidates from each faculty in equal proportion. For internship mobility, the grant lists have been prepared by allocating the quota to students with the highest overall scores across the university. Master’s and PhD programs have been evaluated separately.
The appeal period is open until April 24, 2025, at 17:00. Until this deadline, the announced results are not considered final. Students who wish to appeal their results must submit a petition stating their justification to our office within the appeal period. If any changes occur as a result of the appeals, an additional announcement will be made.
Students who have been selected as granted (hibeli) but wish to withdraw from their right must sign and submit a waiver petition to erasmus@halic.edu.tr by April 24, 2025, at 17:00. Candidates who withdraw from mobility after the waiver deadline without a valid force majeure reason will receive a 10-point deduction from their total score in their next Erasmus application.
If a student waives their right to learning mobility or is unable to secure an internship placement within the specified period, the Erasmus grant will be transferred to candidates initially selected as non-granted, in order of ranking. (These candidates will be given additional time to secure an internship placement.)
Erasmus+ Outgoing Student Orientation
The Outgoing Student Orientation Meeting will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025, between 13:00–15:00 in the amphitheater with the code 12522. Attendance is mandatory for all students who have been selected with a grant. Students who are unable to attend must inform the Erasmus Office of their valid force majeure reasons. Students who are considering participating in the mobility without a grant are also welcome to attend the orientation meeting.
I HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR LEARNING MOBILITY WITH A GRANT (HİBELİ) — WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Main (granted) students can view the institutions they have been placed in via https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/. The nomination process to the host institutions will be initiated by the Erasmus and Exchange Programs Coordination Office. It is not possible to change the institution you have been placed in.
Students who do not intend to withdraw and would like to begin the process as soon as possible must notify the Erasmus Office via email.
Being accepted into the Erasmus Program at Haliç University does not mean that you have been accepted by the host institution.You must carefully follow the application process communicated to you by the host institution and complete it as instructed. Host institutions will review your application and may accept or reject it.

I HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR LEARNING MOBILITY WITHOUT A GRANT (HİBESİZ) — WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Students selected for non-granted learning mobility can view the institutions they may be placed in via https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/.
Upon request, students may still benefit from Erasmus mobility without a grant.To do so, they must fill out a petition and send it to the Erasmus Office by April 24 at 17:00.Unless the petition is submitted, the process for non-granted students will not be initiated.
Being accepted into the Erasmus Program at Haliç University does not mean that you have been accepted by the host institution.You must follow and complete the application procedures communicated to you by the host institution. The host institutions will review applications and may accept or reject students.
Detailed information will be provided during the Erasmus+ Outgoing Student Orientation.Students who wish to participate in the program without a grant are also expected to attend the orientation.
I HAVE BEEN SELECTED AS A MAIN CANDIDATE FOR INTERNSHIP MOBILITY — WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Students who have been selected for internship mobility with a grant and have not yet found an internship placement must submit their internship acceptance letters to the Erasmus Office via email by May 18, 2025, at 17:00.(This deadline also applies to students who wish to participate in internship mobility without a grant.)
Students who do not submit their acceptance letter by this date will be considered as having withdrawn, provided they also submit a waiver petition.Students who neither submit an acceptance letter nor a waiver petition will lose their right to participate and will receive a 10-point deduction in their next Erasmus application.
If main (granted) candidates fail to find an internship, their grant will be transferred to the reserve (non-granted) candidates in order of ranking.Students who have secured an internship placement are required to attend the orientation program.
