18 Nisan 2025 tarihinde açıklanan ön sonuçlar, adaylardan gelen dilekçeler değerlendirilerek aşağıdaki şekilde güncellenmiştir.
İngilizce Yeterlilik Sınavı baraj puanı Öğrenim Hareketliliği için 60, Staj Hareketliliği için ise 50’dir. Bu puanların altında kalan öğrenciler Erasmus+ Hareketliliklerinden faydalanamayacaktır.
Kontenjanlar, Ulusal Ajans tarafından üniversitemize 2024 Proje Dönemi için tahsis edilen hibe miktarına bağlı olarak belirlenmiştir. Öğrenim hibe listeleri, fakültelerden eşit oranda aday seçilerek oluşturulmuştur. Staj hareketliliğinde hibeli öğrenci listeleri belirlenirken kontenjan kapsamında üniversite genelinde en yüksek puana sahip öğrencilere dağılım yapılmıştır, yükseklisans ve doktora programları ayrıca değerlendirilmiştir.
Feragat tarihlerinden sonra, mücbir sebep olmaksızın hareketlilikten vazgeçen adayların bir sonraki Erasmus başvurularında toplam puanlarından 10 puan kesinti uygulanacaktır.
Öğrenim hakkından feragat eden veya staj için belirlenen süre içinde staj yeri bulanamaması durumunda Erasmus hibe hakkı, sırasıyla “hibesiz” olarak belirlenen adaylara devredilecektir.(Bu adayların staj yeri bulmaları için ek süre verilecektir.)
Erasmus+ Giden Öğrenci Oryantasyonu
Giden Öğrenci Oryantasyon Toplantısı, 30 Nisan 2025 Çarşamba günü, 13.00–15.00 saatleri arasında 7430 numaralı derslikte gerçekleştirilecektir.Hibeli veya hibesiz olarak faaliyete katılacak tüm öğrenciler için toplantıya katılım zorunludur.Toplantıya katılamayacak öğrencilerin mücbir ssebeplerini önceden Erasmus Ofisi’ne bildirmeleri gerekmektedir.Oryantasyon toplantısına katılmayan öğrencilerin süreçlerinde ortaya çıkabilecek herhangi bir aksaklıktan Erasmus Ofisi sorumlu tutulmayacaktır.

Hibeli olarak hak kazanan asil öğrenciler, https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/ üzerinden yerleştirildikleri kurumları görebilirler. Kurumlara yerleştirme (nomination) işlemleri Erasmus ve Değişim Programları Koordinatörlüğü tarafından başlatılacaktır. Yerleştiğiniz kurumlarda değişiklik mümkün değildir.
Oryantasyon programının ardından tüm kurumlarla iletişime geçilecek ve faaliyete katılacak öğrencilerin bilgileri iletilecektir (nomination). Haliç Üniversitesinde Erasmus Programına kabul almanız tercih ettiğiniz kurumun henüz sizi kabul ettiği anlamına gelmez. Kurumlardan tarafınıza iletilecek başvuru süreçlerini (application) takip etmeli ve istenen şekilde tamamlamalısınız.Kurumlar öğrencinin yapacağı başvurusunu değerlendirip kabul veya red verebilir. Detaylı bilgi Erasmus+ Giden Öğrenci Oryantasyonu’nda verilecektir.

Hibesiz öğrenime hak kazanan öğrenciler https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/ üzerinden yerleşebilecekleri kurumları görebilirler. Talep etmeleri durumunda öğrenciler hibesiz olarak hareketlilikten faydalanabilirler.(Yerleştiğiniz kurumun nominasyon tarihleri geçmeden ofisimize başvurmalısınız.) Hibesiz seçilen öğrenciler dilekçelerini ofise teslim etmediği sürece işlemleri başlatılmayacaktır.
Haliç Üniversitesinde Erasmus Programına kabul almanız tercih ettiğiniz kurumun henüz sizi kabul ettiği anlamına gelmez. Kurumlardan tarafınıza iletilecek başvuru süreçlerini (application) takip etmeli ve istenen şekilde tamamlamalısınız.Kurumlar öğrencinin yapacağı başvurusunu değerlendirip kabul veya red verebilir. STAJ HAREKETLİLİĞİNE ASİL OLARAK HAK KAZANDIM, NE YAPMAM GEREKİYOR?
Staj hareketliliğine hibeli olarak hak kazanan ve henüz staj yeri bulamayan öğrencilerin staj kabul mektuplarını 18 Mayıs 2025, saat 17.00’ye kadar Erasmus Ofisi’ne email ile iletmeleri gerekmektedir. (Hibesiz staj faaliyetinden yararlanmak isteyen öğrenciler de bu kapsamda değerlendirilir ve aynı tarih geçerlidir.) Bu tarihe kadar kabul mektubunu iletmeyen öğrenciler, feragat dilekçesi ile feragat etmiş sayılacaklardır. Kabul mektubu iletmeyen ve feragat dilekçesi doldurmayan öğrencilerin hakları devam etmeyecektir ve bir sonraki başvurularında -10 puan kesilecektir. Staj yeri bulamayan asil öğrencilerin Erasmus hibe hakkı, sırasıyla yedek (hibesiz) öğrencilere devredilecektir.Hak kazanan ve staj yerini bulan öğrencilerin oryantasyon programına katılımı zorunludur.

STAJ HAREKETLİLİĞİ SONUÇLARI İÇİN TIKLAYINIZ
The preliminary results announced on April 18, 2025, have been updated as follows after evaluating the petitions submitted by the candidates.
The minimum passing score for the English Proficiency Exam is 60 for Study Mobility and 50 for Internship Mobility. Students who score below these thresholds will not be eligible to benefit from Erasmus+ Mobilities.
The quotas have been determined based on the grant amount allocated to our university by the National Agency for the 2024 Project Period. The lists of students awarded grants for study mobility have been created by selecting an equal number of candidates from each faculty. For internship mobility, grants were distributed among students with the highest scores across the entire university, and master’s and doctoral programs were evaluated separately.
Candidates who withdraw from mobility without a force majeure reason after the withdrawal deadlines will have 10 points deducted from their total score in their next Erasmus application.
If a student waives their right to study mobility or fails to find an internship placement within the specified period for internship mobility, their Erasmus grant entitlement will be transferred to the next candidates designated as “non-granted” (additional time will be given to these candidates to find an internship placement).
Erasmus+ Outgoing Student Orientation
The Outgoing Student Orientation Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, between 13:00 and 15:00 in classroom 7430. Attendance is mandatory for all students participating in the activity, whether with or without a grant.Students who are unable to attend must inform the Erasmus Office in advance with a valid force majeure reason.The Erasmus Office will not be held responsible for any issues that may arise in the procedures of students who do not attend the orientation meeting.
I HAVE BEEN SELECTED AS A GRANTED STUDENT FOR STUDY MOBILITY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Students who have been selected as granted (main list) can view the institutions they have been placed in through https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/.The nomination process to the host institutions will be initiated by the Erasmus and Exchange Programs Coordination Office.Changes to the assigned institutions are not possible.
After the orientation program, the Erasmus Office will contact all host institutions and send the nomination information of the selected students.Being accepted into the Erasmus Program at Haliç University does not mean that you have already been accepted by your preferred institution.You must follow and complete the application procedures requested by the host institution.Host institutions may evaluate your application and either accept or reject it. Detailed information will be provided during the Erasmus+ Outgoing Student Orientation.
I HAVE BEEN SELECTED AS A NON-GRANTED STUDENT FOR STUDY MOBILITY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Students who have been selected as non-granted (zero-grant) can view the available institutions through https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/. If they wish, they can participate in the mobility as non-granted students. (You must contact to our office before the nomination deadlines of the institutions.)
The process for non-granted students will not start until they submit their petition to the Erasmus Office.
Being accepted into the Erasmus Program at Haliç University does not mean that you have already been accepted by your preferred institution. You must follow and complete the application procedures requested by the host institution.Host institutions may evaluate your application and either accept or reject it. Detailed information will be provided during the Erasmus+ Outgoing Student Orientation.Students wishing to participate as non-granted must also attend the orientation program.
I HAVE BEEN SELECTED AS A MAIN STUDENT FOR INTERNSHIP MOBILITY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Students who have been selected as main candidates for internship mobility and have not yet secured an internship placement must submit their internship acceptance letters to the Erasmus Office via email by May 18, 2025, 5:00 PM.
(Students wishing to participate in the internship mobility as non-granted are also included in this requirement and deadline.)Students who fail to submit an acceptance letter by this date will be considered as withdrawn through a waiver petition.
Those who neither submit an acceptance letter nor a waiver petition will lose their rights and will be penalized with a 10-point deduction in their next Erasmus application.
The grant rights of main candidates who fail to find an internship placement will be transferred to the reserve (non-granted) students in order. Students who have secured an internship placement and have been selected must attend the orientation program.
