WHAT DO YOU NEED

Before Departure

Complete your documents below and submit to Erasmus Office of Haliç University.

Fill and sign “Before the Mobility” Section of the Learning Agreement with your coordinator

Vakıfbank Euro Bank Account

Letter of Acceptance from the receiving university

Student Visa

Student Travel Health Insurance

Grant Agreement

Submit your documents to Erasmus Office and signed your grant agreement before your departure.

WHAT DO YOU NEED

During the Mobility

“During the Mobility” Section of the Learning Agreement

Fill out During Mobility part of your LA and get the signatures dones and submit to Erasmus Office.

Transcript of Records

Letter of experience with photos from your mobility

Mobility Tool Final Report which will be sent by mail by the Erasmus+ Commission
