Kontenjanlar bölüm bazlı olarak dağıtılmış olup Ulusal Ajans tarafından 2020 Proje Dönemi için üniversitemize tahsis edilecek hibe miktarına bağlı olarak belirlenmiştir.
Asil ve yedek listeleri, bütün bölümlerin programa katılmasını sağlamak ve programdan daha fazla adayın yararlanabilmesi adına her bölümden en yüksek puan alan adayların “asil” olarak seçilmesiyle oluşturulmuştur.
Asil olarak hak kazanan öğrencilerimizin hakkından feragat etmesi durumunda Erasmus hakkı sırasıyla “yedek” olarak belirlenen adaylara geçecektir.
Asgari şartları sağlayan ancak hibeli olarak hak kazanamayan öğrencilerimiz talep etmeleri durumunda hibesiz olarak Erasmus hakkından yararlanabilecektir.
İngilizce Yeterlilik Sınavı barajı Öğrenim Hareketliliği için 60 puan, Staj Hareketliliği için 50 puandır, sınavda belirtilen puanlardan düşük alan öğrenciler Erasmus+ Hareketliliklerinden yararlanamayacaktır. (2021 yılında başvurup hak kazanan ve İngilizce dil yeterlilik sınavı puanını tekrar kullanmak isteyen öğrencileri kapsamamaktadır.)
Asil olarak seçilen ancak feragat etmek öğrencilerimizin sonuçların ilan edilmesinin ardından bir hafta içerisinde feragat dilekçesi hazırlayarak ofisimize teslim etmeleri gerekmektedir.
Feragat için belirlenen tarihlerden sonra mücbir sebep olmadan hareketlilikten vazgeçilmesi durumunda adayın bir sonraki yıl Erasmus başvurusunda toplam puanına -10 puan kesinti uygulanacaktır.
Staj Hareketliliğine hak kazanan öğrencilerin staj yapacakları kurumdan staj kabul mektubu almaları gerekmektedir. Staj kabul mektubu staj yapacağınız kurum tarafından size antetli belgede imzalı ve kaşeli olarak gönderilmelidir. Kabul mektubunun ofise iletilmesi beklenen son tarih öğrencilere mail üzerinden bildirilecektir. Belirtilecek olan tarihe kadar Kabul Mektubunu iletmeyen öğrenciler, feragat dilekçesi doldurmaları şartıyla feragat etmiş sayılacaklardır. Ancak kabul mektubu iletmeyen ve ofisi süreç hakkında bilgilendirmemiş olan öğrencilerin Erasmus+ Hareketliliğinden yararlanma hakları devam etmeyecektir ve bir sonraki başvurularında -10 puan uygulanacaktır.

26 Nisan 2022 saat 13.00’da gerçekleştirilmesi planlanan Oryantasyon Programı, mail üzerinden öğrencilerle paylaşılacaktır.

Quotas have been distributed on a departmental basis and have been determined according to the grant amount to be allocated to our university for the 2020 Project Semester by the Turkish National Agency.
The nominated and waiting lists were created by accepting the candidates with the highest scores from each department as “nominated” in order to ensure that all departments participate in the program and that more candidates can benefit from the program.
In the event that nominated students withdraw, their Erasmus participation right will pass to the candidates who are determined as “waiting list” respectively.
Students who meet the minimum requirements but are not eligible for a grant will be able to benefit from Erasmus without a grant upon request.
Students who score less than 60 points for the Erasmus+ Study Mobility, less than 50 points for the Erasmus+ Internship Mobility in the English Proficiency Exam are not eligible for the Erasmus Mobilities. (It does not include students who have applied for the 2020 project and who want to reuse their English Language Proficiency Exam score.)
Students accepted as nominated but who want to withdraw or make an objection to the English language proficiency exam must prepare a petition of objection and submit it to our office within one week after the results are announced.
If the mobility is abandoned without force majeure after the dates determined for the nominated, -10 points will be deducted from the candidate’s total score in the next year’s Erasmus application.
Students who are eligible for the Internship Mobility are required to receive an internship acceptance letter from the institution where they will do their internship. Students will be informed by the office about the dates of sending the acceptance letter to the office. The internship acceptance letter should be sent to you by the institution where you will do the internship, signed and stamped on the letterhead.
Erasmus+ Outgoing Student Orientation
The Orientation Program, which is planned to be held on April 26, 2022 at 13.00, will be shared with the students via email.
